Premium Douglas Fir is the best species of wood for framing due to its strength, stability, and appearance. L. Sweet Lumber Company has maintained a heavy investment in framing lumber inventory. We stock the best grades of Doug Fir in the sizes and quantities needed to supply all your construction projects quickly and completely. We stock lengths up to 20 feet and can special order lengths up to 30 feet.

Our Pressure Treated lumber is of the highest grade and treatment and is available in a variety of sizes. We can special order non-stock sizes and specialized treatments, such as for marine applications.

We carry the highest rated Engineered Wood Products such as 1.5E LVL studs and 2.1E LVL beams. We carry long lengths in widths from 6” to 14”. Even wider engineered lumber can be special ordered. We can also arrange for our vendor to perform beam calculations for your specific project needs.
